We help women get strong and feel like their best selves in all seasons of life
Geri was introduced to the physical therapy profession through her parents who owned their own physical therapy practice for 20 years. As she grew up around this profession, it did not take her long to realize that physical therapy was her passion as well. Geri received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Sacred Heart University in 2017. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 from Sacred Heart University, earning the Gold Medal of Excellence.
After having her son in 2022 she quickly realized how much there is to learn to help keep expecting and new moms active and feeling their best. This inspired her to complete training to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist so that she can help expecting, new and seasoned moms feel their best!

"I can now go about my day without worrying about leaks"
"After struggling for a while with leakage every time I coughed or sneezed, I decided to try physical therapy, and it was a total game-changer! Dr. Geri worked with me not only on pelvic floor treatment but also on breathing techniques and hip strengthening, which no one had ever addressed before. I had no idea how much these areas could impact my symptoms. After just a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference—I can now go about my day without worrying about leaks"
"Now, I can work out without worrying about leaks"
"After having my baby, I had trouble with leaking when I worked out, sneezed, or even laughed. It was frustrating, and I thought it was something I’d have to live with forever. But after doing pelvic floor physical therapy with Geri, my life is completely different. Now, I can work out without worrying about leaks, play with my baby without holding back, and feel so much stronger overall. If you’re having problems like this, don’t wait—it’s 100% worth it!"
"There were plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the birthing process"
"I did Dr. Gerianne Lewis’s 8-week pregnancy program and had a wonderful experience. She helped me learn how to properly engage my deep core/pelvic floor to set me up for success for labor & delivery. As a first time mom I loved that each session was tailored to my own needs and that there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the birthing process and best practices. I plan on going back for my postpartum recovery. Highly recommend!"
