At Lewis Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation, every visit is one-on-one with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. We don't split our attention between multiple patients or rush you through a treatment plan.
As a private, out-of-network practice, we're able to provide the time, individualized care, and hands-on treatment necessary to help you recover faster, move better, and stay active.
Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation, movement assessment, hands-on treatment, and a personalized plan designed around your goals.
Every follow-up appointment includes one-on-one treatment with your physical therapist, individualized exercise progression, manual therapy as needed, and ongoing guidance to help you reach your goals.
Because every patient is different, treatment packages are recommended only after your initial evaluation based on your physical therapist's assessment and plan of care. Patients who purchase a recommended package receive 10% off follow-up visits.
Lewis Physical Therapy operates as a private, out-of-network practice by choice.
This allows us to provide the level of care our patients deserve—not the level dictated by an insurance company.

Unlike many insurance-based clinics where therapists often treat multiple patients simultaneously, every minute of your appointment is dedicated entirely to you.
Although we do not bill insurance directly, many patients receive reimbursement through their out-of-network physical therapy benefits.
Upon request, we'll provide a detailed superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
